Return Policy

We make every effort to insure you are satisfied with your purchase. However, we are human and we do occasionally make mistakes. In these circumstances, we will do everything we can to make it right at no cost to you by way of refund or replacement. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return according to the terms & conditions below. This return policy will apply to all items from Tri State Surplus LLC unless otherwise specified in item description.

Furniture, electronics, and products using LP gas on NON RETURNABLE.
· A restocking fee may be charged. This restocking fee is typically less than 20% but will vary based on the condition of the returned item. Items that have been used, installed, altered, or damaged will NOT be refunded. We must be able to sell it as new. All items will be inspected and/or tested by our certified technicians upon arrival.
· Return authorization must be received within 30 days of purchase. Items must be shipped within 1 week of receiving authorization. Authorization must be obtained by contacting Tri State Surplus LLC first, by phone or email.
· All refunds will be refunded via the original payment method.

Any shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. This applies to both original and return shipping. This applies to all items sold with “FREE SHIPPING” as well.
